• Complete and submit the on-line Registration Form (see link below).
• Print out and complete a Medical Release Form. FC DELCO Medical Release Form (Print the Medical Form first and then complete it by hand.  It does not need to be notarized).  We also ask to bring your Insurance Medical Card as well.
• Print a copy of the on-line Registration Form prior to pressing the Submit Button and bring it and the Medical Release to the first tryout.

TRYOUT INFORMATION
Tryouts are only open to boys high school seniors in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area who are interested in being considered for a team. Each player trying out must complete and submit the on-line Registration Form (see link to the upper left for Player Registration) prior to attending the tryout. Tryouts for the Boys All Star Team will be held at Radnor HS as follows:

Raindate: Check the FC Delco website in the event of inclement weather.

Important Notes:
Players MUST attend at least one tryout to be considered. If you are unable to play, you still need to come and show up at the Tryout even if you can not play.

Tryout registration will be held at the designated Field prior to the start of the tryouts.
