• Complete and submit the on-line Registration Form (see link below).
• Print out and complete a Medical Release Form. FC DELCO Medical Release Form (Print the Medical Form first and then complete it by hand.  It does not need to be notarized).  We also ask to bring your Insurance Medical Card as well.
• Print a copy of the on-line Registration Form prior to pressing the Submit Button and bring it and the Medical Release to the first tryout.
• Bring your $10 tryout fee (cash or check payable to FC DELCO) to the first tryout.  You will be issued at Try-Out T-Shirt.

TRYOUT INFORMATION
Tryouts are only open to boys high school seniors in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area who are interested in being considered for a team. There is a $10 cost to tryout, payable at the first tryout (cash or check made to FC Delco). Each player trying out must complete and submit the on-line Registration Form (see link to the upper left for Player Registration) prior to attending the tryout. Tryouts for the Boys All Star Team will be held at USTC as follows:

Saturday Nov. 7 3:00-5:00 PM
Sunday Nov. 8 2:00-4:00 PM

Raindate: Check the FC Delco website in the event of inclement weather.

Important Notes:
Players MUST attend at least one tryout to be considered. If you are unable to play due to HS playoffs, you still need to come and show up at the Tryout even if you can not play.

Tryout registration will be held INSIDE the USTC building. Please check in inside the building before heading out to the soccer fields. All players attending tryouts will need to bring a soccer ball.
