Bio:
| Alan Mezger, a former FC DELCO player who played his college ball for Lehigh and Villanova Universities, returns as Development Academy Director. Alan is also currently the Director of Coaching for FC DELCO and has been coaching FC DELCO teams since 2001. Since that time, Alan has amassed an impressive record of three USYSA National Titles (2001, 2002 & 2003), four USYSA Regional Titles (2001, 2002, 2003 & 2006) and six EPYSA State Titles. Alan has also experienced success at both the high school and college levels. At Radnor High School, Alan was the head coach from 1999-2002 winning District titles in 2000 and 2002. Alan was also the Assistant Coach at Villanova University from 2003-2005. Coach Mezger received his Business Degree from Villanova University in 1996 and his Masters Degree in Education at Villanova University in 2007 and currently teaches at Radnor High School. Alan’s rich soccer and education experience at every level uniquely positions him for success with the Development Academy. |
