Bio:
"Peye Garcia has recently been named Assistant Coach at Villanova University. Prior to Villanova Peye spent three years at Loyola amassing a 35-18-5 record, 3 Conference Championships and 1 NCAA appearance. Peye is no stranger to the Philadelphia area, prior to Loyola he was an assistant at Saint Joseph’s University(SJU).
A former Player of FC Delco Force, Peye was also a Head Coach in the club while at SJU with the FC DELCO Tarheels 2004-2005. In that time frame he brought the team back to National Recognition.
Peye is no stranger to the Olympic Development Program as a Regional Team Coach and a State Team Coach. He has been a Regional Staff Member since 2003 and a Senior Staff Member since 2006. In April he took the 1993 Region1 team to the TORNEO FEMINIO in San Carlos Costa Rica and ended with a 3-1 record. He has had stints with Delaware, Eastern PA and Maryland State Teams. He is Currently the Maryland 1992 Head Coach and has guided the squad to a Regional Championship and a 3rd Place Finish at National this past year." |
