FC DELCO Pre-Academy (USYS)

If you're looking for a step up from recreation soccer, FC DELCO offers boys and girls players, ages U8 - U19 an opportunity to learn from our professional coaches and compete with the best players in the region in leagues like APL, PAGS, EDP, The Central League and more. 

Choose a team that trains out of Conshohocken or Downingtown and give your player access to a fun and challenging environment that will fuel his/her passion for the game. 

What to Expect: FC DELCO Pre-Academy U8 - U12

• Multiple teams in each location per age group (Downingtown and Conshohocken)
• 7 V 7 format for U9 & U10 (10-12 players per team); 9 V 9 format for U11 & U12 
• Approximately 2 practice nights per week during fall and spring seasons
• Winter training indoors generally 1-night per week
• Professional, paid coaches adept and motivating and inspiring kids to learn
• Professional curriculum tailored to each age level designed to unleash potential
• Local leagues chosen by team skill level
• Approximately 5-6 tournaments per year
• State cup competitions when appropriate (U10 - U12)
• Sports performance support
• Goalkeeper training
• An individual development plan for every player

What to Expect: FC DELCO Pre-Academy U13+

• 11 V 11 format
• Approximately 2 practice nights per week
• U13 & U14: Fall, winter and spring season consisting of 10 months; U15+: late fall, winter and spring seasons consisting of generally seven months to account for the high school season
• Professional curriculum tailored to each age level designed to unleash potential
• Professional, paid coaches adept and motivating and inspiring kids to learn
• Plays in the APL League or Central League (local) or comparable
• Approximately 5-6 regional tournaments (U15 - U19 attend 2-3 showcases in addition to 2-3 tournaments) and state cups (when appropriate)
• Trapped player program for eighth-graders on our U15 teams
• Sports performance support
• Goalkeeper training
• Play high school AND club soccer
• An individual development plan for every player
